Giving Songs grant application

If you are interested in applying for a grant toward the purchase of a wheelchair accessible vehicle please download and complete the application below.  

GRANT QUALIFICATION: 

Families applying for a Giving Songs grant must have a disabled child (21 years of age or under) who is a wheelchair user and live in one of the following Southeastern Michigan counties: Genesee, Hillsdale, Ingham, Jackson, Lapeer, Lenawee, Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair, Shiawassee, Washtenaw or Wayne.

When applying for a grant please understand that our timing to distribute grants could be 12-24 months or longer.
